Rafael Palmeiro will get his 3000th hit this month. Interesting fact is that he joins Willie Mays, Hank Aaron and Eddie Murray as the only players to have 3000 hits and 500 or more Home Runs.
Talk about flying under the radar..........Palmeiro will go down as one of the greatest players ever to play the game. His statistics are right there w/ Mays, and Aaron.
1st ballot Hall of Famer for sure !
