The Phillies really take their fans on a roller coaster ride ! After losing 2 really bad games to L.A., they come back and sweep the 1st place Padres ! Go figure !
Unfortunately, the Mets and Braves continue to win. The only way to make up ground is to beat them head to head. The Phillies and Mets don't play until late August and the Braves next meeting is September !
Let's hope the starting pitching continues to make strides. Lieber, Myers, Tejada all had quality starts this past week.
