Chris McCray - You're a dope !

University of Maryland senior basketball player, Chris McCray, was declared academically ineligible today and will miss the rest of the season.

This guy is a senior co-captain of the MD team. How in the world does this happen ? Big time college programs like Maryland have full time tutors, advisors, etc. whose sole purpose is to keep these student-athletes....I mean athletes eligible.

Being a Senior, all McCray had to do is show up for class and he would have passed. Apparently, he overslept alot and missed numerous classes. I know it's tough to get up after playing video games and watching TV all night.

McCray's mother blames the University of MD for all of this. Hey, Mrs. McCray, you're a dope too for even insinuating that.

Gary Williams, the Maryland Bsketball coach has indicated he is taking the blame for this. In his 28 years of basketball coaching, he has never lost a player in mid season due to academic issues. Admirable, Gary, but you're not to blame.

There is one person to blame for this one...............Chris McCray. You blew it Chris !
