The Mets are Done ! Put a Fork in Them !

The Phillies swept the Mets this past weekend without much fight at all from the boys from Gotham. This New York team and associated NY media has blamed the poor season on injuries. Frankly, most teams, including the Phillies encounter injuries. It's the good teams that overcome them.

It was nice to see so many diehard Mets fans in Philadelphia, especially the ones being escorted out due to "behavioral" issues. I guess the only thing for a Met fan to do now is drink heavily !
