Explorers should make it to the Dance in 2010

LaSalle University has not made it to the NCAA tournament in 17 years. Barring any injuries or a complete breakdown, the Explorers should contend for the Atlantic 10 title and get an NCAA tournament bid.

This year's team has 4 seniors that have logged a lot of minutes over the past three seasons. Rodney Green , a 6'5" senior from Philadelphia's Prep Charter could score 2000 career points and is a legitimate NBA prospect.

Freshman sensation, Aaric Murray could have gone to any elite program and decided to attend LaSalle. At 6'10", Murray is a post presence that not many NCAA programs have. With so many seniors on the squad, Murray should have the luxury of learning on the job this year.

If this team plays to its potential, they are a lock for a 20 win season and should compete with Dayton and Xavier for the A-10 title.

....Here we go Explorers, here we go.....
