Eagles Lay an Egg in Dallas

With a first round bye in the NFC playoffs at stake, the Eagles decided to play their 2nd worst game of the season. (The Oakland Raider game was the worst this year). Dallas dominated every aspect of the game yesterday and the Eagles looked lost the whole day.

Now, they have to return to Dallas this coming weekend and play again ! The Eagles have to put more pressure on Tony Romo this time. He had all day in the pocket yesterday. In addition, how about running the football, Reid ? The Birds ran the football a total of 5 times in the first half yesterday.

Don't you just hate Dallas ? I'd like to slap Wade Phillips every time he fist pumps when the Cowboys make a first down. Hey, Wade, will you please act like an NFL coach and not a High School Junior varsity coach. And, we're all tired of seeing Jerry Jones sitting in his luxury box throne. No one (not even Dallas fans) want to see that buffoon 50 times a game.

I have to hope against hope that the Eagles will find a way to win at least one game from Big D this season.
