The Phillies filled a potential problem area yesterday by signing third baseman Pedro Feliz. Last year's production at 3B was the worst in the national league. Feliz brings some offensive "pop" to the Phillies lineup. He'll most likely hit 6th or 7th in the batting order.

Obviously, the proof is in the pudding. However, if the Phillies can avoid a major injury to the regulars, they will have one of the better lineups in the National League.
